Tips for getting a job at Starbucks?!?!?
I turned 16 a few weeks ago, and I am looking for a job. I recently went into a Starbucks, and saw a sign for a hiring fair. I printed off an application, and am planning on attending the fair tomorrow night, although, I’m not sure what to expect. I was looking for tips on getting a job there from people who either work there, or have worked there. Is there anything special i need to do besides turning in my application? Or anything that would turn them towards hiring me??
Any advise would be helpful.

Most open days/fairs consist of employers picking out the best from the bunch. They aren’t going to want to employ people that do not talk, respond or stand tall.
Make sure you know the answers to these questions (which are asked in most interviews!): Why should you hire you? What would you do for Starbucks? When have you received good or bad customer service, and why? What do you know about Starbucks? If a customer was causing a scene on the shop floor, what would you do? When can you start work?
They will ask you if you have any questions, think of something (as they prefer it if you ask, so it is a two-way conversation.) Something like the pay rate or hours or work.
