Can you drink too much caffeine?
I generally have either one big sugar free red bull or two small sugar free redbulls a day and sometimes a grande americano at starbucks also , but i only do the coffee once or twice a week. am i drinking too much caffeine?
Yes you can drink too much caffine but i don’t think you’re in risk of that. However drinking that much red bull is not good for you. You should aim to have one per week maximum
