Everyone knows that Starbucks coffees cost a lot. It can even cost the same price of your lunch. If you bought a Venti Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino every single day of the year, depending on your area the price varies, it could cost you around $1800 bucks! All for coffee!
A Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino is basically a coffee frappuccino with chocolate syrup mixed in served without whipped cream, unless you request it.
I’m going to teach you how to make a Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino at home, so you don’t have to wait at the long line ups at Starbucks and you save a lot of money making it at home. Oh yeah and it’s fun!:)
To make your own Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino you will need the following ingredients:
- 6 cups double-strength freshly brewed dark roast coffee
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups nonfat milk
Fill a ice cube tray with half of the brewed coffee and then place in the freezer.
In a bowl, combine the remaining brewed coffee, cocoa powder and milk until all the cocoa dissolves. Cover and chill the bowl in the fridge.
When the ice cubes have completely frozen, place them in a kitchen towel and using a hammer, smash the coffee cubes.
Next, fill 4 tall clear glasses with the crushed ice and divide the coffee-cocoa mixture evenly among them.
Add a dash of cocoa powder and serve. Making your own Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino has never been easier.
